Our Founder: Late Shri Pancham Lal Ji

The Visionary Who Gave Wings to a Sweet Dream

The legacy of Panchhi Petha began with the extraordinary journey of a determined and resilient soul —Late Shri Pancham Lal Ji, fondly known as Panchhi Ji.

He was the fifth son of his father Shri Puranchand Ji, and mother Smt. Gangadevi Ji, who hadtragically lost four sons in the village of Mogthai under mysterious circumstances.

Determined to save hersurviving sons, his mother moved to Agra with young Shri Pancham Lal Ji, who was just 6 years old, andher younger son, Shri Gokul Chand Ji, who was in her arms. She entrusted Shri Pancham Lal Ji to thecare of her brother (his Mama Ji), who managed a traditional petha karkhana (workshop).

Even as a child, Shri Panchhi Lal Ji was immersed in the world of sweets, working tirelessly in hisuncle’s workshop. But life was far from easy. Facing ill-treatment and harsh conditions, he eventually chose the path of independence. With no resources but immense courage, hard work, and unshakable determination, he set out to create something of his own.
